LOS ANGELES—Democrats are campaigning to take back the U.S. House of Representatives in this year’s heated midterm elections. On the crest of a so-called California Blue Wave, three Democratic candidates running to unseat some of the state’s prominent endangered Republicans join us to outline their platforms, policies, and strategies. Katie Porter, running to unseat Mimi Walters in central Orange County’s 45th Congressional District, joins Doug Applegate, running for Darryl Issa’s vacated seat in northern San Diego and southern coastal Orange County’s 49th District, and Katie Hill, running to unseat Steve Knight in the Antelope and Simi Valleys and Santa Clarita in California’s 25th District. Moderated by Ian Masters.
